To Whom It May Concern: This person is falsely accusing me of doing illegal and unethical changes to a decedants TrustLike I stated in my response, the complaning party was not my client and I do not have any legal responsibility to him; nonetheless, to compensate him! I know for a fact he had previously retained attorneys with whom I have spoken and they agreed that everything that was done was done so properly and legallyIf Mr [redacted] continues to make assertions and besmirches my reputation by posting inaccurate and claims I will have no choice but to sue him for defamationHe has no legal standing and is a greedy person who feels disinherited because of a family disputeIf he feels that he is entitled to more, I suggest that he hire an attorney and pursue the family members that he feels are responsible for his misfortuneI do not plan on wasting any more time on this matter and would appreciate the Revdex.com understanding the situationI do not believe the Revdex.com wants to post groundless accusations and that is not the purpose of your siteI have had hundreds of satisfied clients over the year and I would hope that one person, who has family issues, would not affect my hard earned good reputation on the Revdex.com site Thanks, ***

Since this is a legal matter, I am bound by attorney client privilege and cannot publicly respond as the party who is complaining was not my clientAll I can say is that this was a family matter and if the aggrieved party feels damaged than he needs to discuss it with the other family members
Moreover, everything that was executed was legal and within the rule of law

If Mr. [redacted] continues to make false assertions and besmirches my reputation by posting inaccurate and false claims I will have no choice but to sue him for defamation. He has no legal standing and is a greedy person who feels disinherited because of a family dispute. If he feels that he is entitled to more, I suggest that he hire an attorney and pursue the family members that he feels are responsible for his misfortune. Ms. [redacted], acting as legal counsel, participated in altering a legal trust document of which I was a beneficiary. She did so even though the decedent trust of which I am a beneficiary was IRREVOCABLE. As such, her participation is not legal. In order to re-establish and enforce the decedent trust,I had to hire a law firm at as cost to me in excess of $10,000.00.
In my belief and opinion, her behavior was illegal, unprofessional, and unethical. I ask the Revdex.com to take note of that. My opinion and belief is also shared by other California attorneys with which I have spoken.
Moreover, since she participated in altering an irrevocable trust of which I was a beneficiary, there is case law throughout the USA indicating that a reasonable argument can be made that I was in privity of contract with her. Like it or not, similar cases in the USA resulted in the afflicted party being able to have the courts rule they were in privity of contract with the attorney that participated in the harm.
I ask the Revdex.com take note that Ms. [redacted]'s short response is bogus, and does NOT constitute a valid solution tothe damages she participated in causing me.

Review: Ms. [redacted],Esq. of [redacted], Huntington Beach, California 92646 TEL.714-964-9776 made unauthorized changes to a Trust Document of which I was a beneficiary.

Specifically, I was a beneficiary to the section of the Trust referred to as the Decedent Trust upon the death my father,[redacted] on September 29th, 2008.

I have come to learn the trust was changed in June, 2013 by Ms. [redacted], Esq. at the behest of her client, [redacted], in such a way as tp violate my father;s wishes and disinherit me.

It is not permissable to do this, as the Decdent's Trust is irrevocable. This has caused great harm to me.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement would be that Ms. [redacted] reimburse the legal costs I have incurred and continue to incur to have the courts make me whole.
