this business has taken three months worth of my monthly payments plus a down payment they say that we are not on file and that we are not insuredDue to this the dmv is going to suspend my registrationi would like the three months worth of payments and my down payment back if this problem is not soon resolved then I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit for criminal acts and take this to court I don't want to push the matter that far I would just like the issue fixed
