in my personal inbox due to an illness I have had these past 10 days. I have been in the hospital and to several Doctor appointments. I was not intentionally "ignoring your emails". Not that this is any of your concern, but before jumping to assumptions about someone you do not know and who has a very reputable business, you could have called, text, or sent me a message via**. I do not check emails as often. I do apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but your Revdex.com complaint was completely unnecessary and rude.  I will be responding to Revdex.com within their 7 day deadline with the correct amount you paid which was $497.50 not $547.00 per my bank statements and credit card receipts. Deducting the $150 engagement session it will be a $347.50 refund. Should you feel that this is incorrect please let me know. I am unaware of a $49.50 difference in cost. You will receive this as soon as your wedding date has been filled with another client. I anticipate by the end of April as I am booking with two clients next month. These deposits are non-refundable as any other wedding deposits are. Because I choose not to fight over a contract not yet being signed, it will be refunded when your date has been filled. This deposit was paid almost three months ago and applied to expenses.
