If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Per the response from the office, I never stated I'd be able to pay in 2 payments and yes I did receive 3 bills from the office.  But as I've explained to the office if I had the money to pay in full or the $95 per mo that they are asking for I'd be glad to pay but I'm not able to make that payment per mo.  As for the office sending me to collections that will not make the money appear, I still won't be able to pay $95 per mo.  I did try to pay $50 which was returned becasue I was informed that was not enough money.  The most I can pay per mo is $60 and that would be $30 bi weekly.Regards,[redacted]

payments to pay of the remaning co-pay balance. I said that was ok. We sent multiple statements sfter the Insurance paid in May 2015. [redacted] confirmed receiving these statements. This is the first correspondence we have gotten from the patient in  5 months after requesting to make a couple payments. The account is now past due and will go to collections in the next billing cycle. [redacted] tried to pay $50.00 in October. Due to Maryland law, accepting a(small) amount constricts us to only accepting that amount monthly.
