The company will not return my emails after my order was to be shipped over 7 months ago.
The company will not return my emails after my order was to be shipped over 7 months ago. I purchased the doctor who Call Box Gem Earrings off the website (Erin's Fandom Party) at least 7 months ago as far as I got was them being shipped on November 19th 2019 and still to this day have yet to receive them. I even contacted the post office and they never received it at all. I have emailed the company many times to not get a single response.
I would like a refund of my purchase.
I preordered the wizard Christmas box in September of 2019 and have not received anything.
I preordered the wizard Christmas box in September 2019. I got 4 as gifts for my friends. I was charged $*** USD for the boxes. I never received them or any refund or further acknowledgement. I have tried reaching out many times to them on social media and email to no avail.
I want my money returned in full....
My complaint does not fall into one category, except incompetence of a business owner. I placed an order on August 30th, 2019. It was a *** that I was going to use for a birthday gift and some Christmas gifts. However, after emailing a couple of times along the way and hearing nothing from her, I requested a refund in January. She finally responded to a comment on her *** account and said that she would look into it the following day. A couple of days go by and I do not hear back from her, so I try to reach her again. Finally on February 20th, she responds and said that she will send a refund. I get am email from her saying that the order will be canceled, refunded, and I will get a free gift for the inconvenience. So, I wait. And WAIT. On March 25th, I try to get in contact with her again. Nothing. So I make a post and have friends comment on her page. On March 26th, she finally responds saying that she will look into it and then says that it shows that it went into my account. I checked my statements again and it never shows that it went in there. She suggest I call the bank. I do that and they say that there is not a history of it going in there. The only history is from where I tried to dispute it and then that failing. But nothing went into my bank account from her.
