I was trying to have some flowers delivered for my mothers birthday. The website said order online for 10% off. So I did. Little did I know that's the only way to order. The website claims same day delivery for orders made before 3 pm. My order was made around 9:30 am. I received an email saying my order was placed and would be delivered that same day. Later on I tried to call just to make sure my order was on schedule and that they received it. The phone call went straight to voicemail. I called back later thinking they were just busy, straight to voicemail again. This time I left a message. No response all day. When I called to find out if the flowers were delivered, they were not. I then called Erin's florist again to see what happened. No response, straight to voicemail. I went back on the website and left a message on the website. This morning I saw they refunded my money. That's great, but what about the birthday flowers? There is also no one to get any help from. No one answers phones and they didn't even write a response when they refunded the money. I hope no one else will waste their time with this company. If you stay away, you will save yourself some worry and the person expecting flowers will actually receive them
I placed an order on line with them by mistake. I have called and email with no response. My card was charged for the purchase but the purchase was not fulfilled. . They won't respond to any of my contact attempts. Dont use this company.
