Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2017/07/06) */ This lady, as all of our customers are, are allowed to go into the barn and they can choose any calf they like, they are selected by the owners, not usWe have a very good reputation of good calves and have had for years nowWe tell everyone that we do not guarantee them beyond the sale as this is farming and we can't be responsible for someone's calves if they don't know how to care for them properlyWe raise several of these calves each year ourselves and we on occasion lose one as wellUnfortunately, you can't save them allThis lady was very irrational, demanding that if we didn't replace her calves that she would post it everywhere and put us out of businessShe posted one complaint posing as a friend of her's and he deleted it himself, she then posted it from her own nameWe allow everyone to voice their opinion however, she isn't allowed to post under other peoples name as that is being deceitfulShe stated that someone else posted calves for sale with a one week guarantee so we should honor that too, however, that is not what she was told upon the saleWe are very sorry that she has had a bad experience but we have hundreds of repeat customers every year so sometimes it is just they don't know how to care for newborn calvesShe had hauled them several miles and had them for 3-days before she had any issues, therefore, we believe it is something she did or didn't do that caused their deathsThank you

everyone that we do not guarantee them beyond the sale as this is farming and we can't be responsible for someone's calves if they don't know how to care for them properly. We raise several of these calves each year ourselves and we on occasion lose one as well. Unfortunately, you can't save them all. This lady was very irrational, demanding that if we didn't replace her calves that she would post it everywhere and put us out of business.
