At no time was customer promised a refundBoth Harvey and Geoff (the store managers he spoke to both on the phone and in person) said it was under warranty and would be repairedHe could either take it directly to Beltsville Supply OR drop it off and we would take it in to get repairedWe never refund equipment because it may only be needed a day and then be cleaned up and returnedWe don't rent power tools Customer was aggressive both on the phone and in person with both our employees in trying to get the saw refundedOur Saturday manager said "this conversation is over" after customer was extremely irate in an attempt to de-escalate the situationOther employees can verify Dan G***, our CFO, went out to customer's jobsite to pick up the saw on Tuesday 8/Before taking it, he decided to test it out mentioning that it needed a three prong outlet to work properlyCustomer mentioned he had finished all the cuts and no longer needed the saw When properly plugged in, saw operated fine Strong suspicion that this was an attempt to return a tool that customer no longer needed Please contact complainant to verifyLet me know if there is anything else you need Joe M [redacted] ###-###-####
