Ernesto Ybarra

On November 17, 2019 I purchased a Christmas gift through Mr. Ybarra’s website. It was a print of a painting. As Christmas approached I became concerned because it still had not arrived. I reached out several times via email and was assured by Mr. Ybarra that he would send the print. I explained that this gift was very important for personal reasons and again he assured me that it would be sent. It never happened. I have been trying to reach him since to get a refund. He has confirmed via phone and email that he was going to refund me and now he does not return any of my emails. The print plus shipping was $32.00. I would like my money back but he is totally unresponsive. I have saved all of my email communications and my receipt. I work hard for my money and I don’t expect that a legitimate business person would take money and not provide a product that was paid for. Mr. Ybarra sells his art at Pike Place Market. I have also reached out to that establishment and did not get a response. I am in upstate NY and am unable to try and resolve this in person. Beware if you buy something from this website. You may never get what you paid for. Thank you.
