Purchased a vehicle was told had 30 days to return if anything wrong. After like a week transmission was going out they said nothing wrong. 3 other places checked machine said transmission he still said it wasnt. Asked for a refund on down payment and lets canvel contract bc it has too many issues. He gave me the run around over and over trying to get to the 30 days, I even offered him keep 1k and give me 1k and void it basically told me he wasnt helping and walked off. He refused to help pr talk gave me 200 and voided contact told me to leave.

GOOD AFTERNOON I DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER BY THIS NAME *** WE HAVE A CUSTOMER BY THE NAME OF *** ON 12 NISSAN JUKE WE HAVE 30 DAYS WARRANTY ON ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION *** STATED THAT HIS CAR IS STOPPING ON HIM NO TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS THE MECHANIC CHECK AND DROVE VEHICLE NOTHING WRONG HE HAD A LOANER IN BETWEEN CHECKING HIS VEHICLE I THINK *** JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT BUT WE DID AN OIL CHANGE AND AC AS PER *** WE HAD IT HERE FOR 2 DAYS DROVE IT AND NOTHING THEN *** CAME TO PICK UP VEHICLE AND A WEEK LATER PASS CAME BACK SAID CAR DOING SAME THING STOPPING ON HIM SO HE SAID HE WANTED MONEY BACK SO PER *** AND *** AGREE TO CANCEL CONTRACT AND ACCEPTED $200.00 AND NOT SIGNED THE VOLUNTARILY RETURN ON 12 NISSAN JUKE I SEND YOU AN ATTACHMENT OF THE PAPERS SIGNED BY MR MOSES IF ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL *** IN ANOTHER NOTE HE HAVE BEEN USING THE VEHICLE AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE.

I am rejecting this response because:
The vehicle was taken to 3 different locations an auto zone, advance, and another self own shop and all machines read transmission issue. The vehicle even turned off at shop in front of his son the "mechanic " I helped him push the vehicle into the garage. They kept doing a temporary fix and then it would happen again. I even volunteered taking another vehicle and owner stated we couldnt transfer and we were not going to continue paying for a vehicle that was breaking before the 30days. So we ended contact he wouldnt even give half the downpayment back basically he made $1800 for a 30day rental that was in his possession for 2 weeks of those 30days.

I gave a down payment toward a vehicle, I took possession of the vehicle. Next day Ernesto's called me to say there was a mistake on the paperwork so I needed to re-sign contract. When I arrived at Ernesto's to sign paperwork I was informed they needed more money for down payment, they asked me to sign a promissory note, which I did. Then they called me and told me they couldn't accept promissory note and I would have to pay entire amount. I was out of town at that time and told them I would pay as soon as I got home. When I called to pay the balance I was told I was going to have to pay an additional $1000 dollars required by the finance company. I called the finance company to find out what was going on and they told me they were not requiring any additional funds. Ernesto's then contacted me and told me they just wanted their vehicle back, which I agreed to. When they picked up vehicle I was told they would refund my down payment immediately. I have tried on several occasions to contact the office manager and have been told she is very busy and will refund my money by the end of business every time I call. It has been over 2 weeks now and still the office manager has not refunded my money and will not even take the time to call me.

I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE CUSTOMERSHE SIGN A VOL REPO DIDN’T WANT THE VEHICLE AND THE MONEY WAS REFUND TO HER DO YOU WANT ME TO EMAIL THE PROOF.

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 from Ernestos Auto Sales. At the time of purchase. I was verbally assured and in writing that the front end repairs would be made on this vehicle. Ernestos referred to a mechanic to do a alignment once arriving at the shop. The mechanic told me that a alignment could not be performed due to the excessive damage to front end of the car. At this point I returned the vehicle to Ernestos Auto sale for repairs. In which they kept the vehicle for three weeks and. Alex me to pick up the vehicle. After picking up the vehicle upon test driving it to see if repairs weed made. The transmission went out on the vehicle. I then returned to the dealership where they agreed to make the repairs the vehicle sat there another 3 weeks. Upon picking it up a 2nd time. I noticed that the front end work had not been completed like what was stated by the dealership. My trust for the integrity of this dealer begin to fade at this point. I took the vehicle to another mechanic who made the front end repairs which cost me 4k. Which they promised to compensate for but have failed to do so. And to add insult to injury the transmission is now not functioning again.
