I am rejecting this response because: She's attacking me and not addressing the complaint at allI'll address her comments first, although legally she is slandering me when she's never met me or stepped foot inside of my rental homeMy complaint was not slander in the slightest, as it was MY experience with this companyTo address her comments- about our home being a "filthy dirty unit" is untrue and unjustifiedOur property manager said our home was clean prior to our carpets being cleaned, and the only thing we needed to have completed to be able to obtain our security deposit back was the baseboards, windowsills and carpets cleanedSo it's just untrue that our home was filthy, but since she never saw it- she wouldn't know itThey didn't send technicians to clean my carpet, they sent one- *** and the owners niece, (a kid- maybe teen not positive on the age) She says the pictures I posted on Yelp show clean carpet (they do, on one half of the photo, which is the half I cleaned with my Bissell and the other half is dirty which is how they left the carpet)Even *** said after he had cleaned, that he couldn't really get the carpets cleanThe other statement made is that the property manager had other reasons for not refunding the money, is untrue because after I spent hours cleaning the carpets, baseboards and windowsills (which I hired them to do) I did receive my deposit back The owners actually walked through our rental home after we had cleaned it and talked about how nice it was being maintained, so I'm not sure why she'd feel sorry for themThis was a great rental home in an upscale neighborhood- she's making it sound like a dump"Health and safety is not a concern of hers,"- is a direct attack on meI'm actually a certified food safety handler, and have multiple certifications on laboratory safety for my job- so again she is just attacking me and not the complaintMy reason for rejecting this response is simply because it doesn't address the complaintI paid Chem Dry to clean my carpets, window sills,and baseboardsWhen they left, the carpets, window sills, and baseboards were not clean, and *** even recognized the carpets weren't cleanThat's my complaint and the reason I asked for a refund because the service I paid for I did not receiveIn all my years, this is the first company I'm dealing with that handles complaints so unprofessionally as to attack the person making a justified complaintWhen honestly, if she would have apologized and said "I can't refund your money because we still had to pay *** for it, but I'm so sorry the job wasn't done to your satisfaction." I would have been satisfied, but instead she has immediately starting yelling at me and attacking me on the phone, and that's not how a business is supposed to actThere should be a level of professionalism, where you can hear a complaint and apologize and respond without it becoming a slanderous attack on the clientI expected more from a business, but my lesson has been learnedMy time is more valuable than trying to defend myself and my housekeeping abilities when all I was doing was addressing the lack of receiving a service for which I paid. I'm attaching the photo I posted on yelp, which shows the clean carpet compared to the side they cleaned, and also photos my property manager sent me showing the dirty baseboardsAgain, I didn't receive the service I paid to receive. pictures she posted on Yelp show clean carpetAnybody can go back with equipment and get dirty water even today, that's how dirty it is in the PAD*** has never had a complaintI agree with the property managers decision not refund her depositI am positive the Property manger had other reasons she is not sharing in her complaint to not refund her depositHealth and Safety is obviously not a concern of hersNot returning any money.
