Truck rental was $691.00 and UHAUL refunded back 40% of it which came to $276.00. UHAUL also paid for the hotel which was $110.82 when he spent the night. $600.00 was also paid to customer for him deciding to transload his belongings into another truck rather than have UHAUL moving helpers do...

it for him. He was not charged any extra days or miles.
On dispatch, customer did not say anything about truck being dirty or the fuel level not being at 1/4 of a tank. It is UHAUL'S policy to have it fixed before dispatch if there is a problem with the cleanliness or fuel level before dispatching. Customer never said anything about either of these issues.
Roadside assistance always keep in contact with the customer as far as ETA on calls made. They also did courtesy after breakdown, and if customer did not answer left voice mail.
Customer spoke with regional office on 11/18/16 and was told $600.00 check was being issued for transload done by customer. Also offered the 40% back on rental and customer accepted the $600 but declined the $276.
Customer's wife called back on 11/21/16 and was informed that check was issued and would take 7-10 business days. She asked if anything was coming back and again the $276 was offered and at that time she accepted it and it was refunded back on credit card.
