Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have never verbally okayed or agreed to anything being orderedThe only verbal contract standing was that I asked for a tentative booking, with the condition that I would get back for confirmationI held this contract by contacting the business, and declining their services four days later; or rather two business days laterI did not agree there after to pay for restockingIf Ernest wishes to take me to court that is his decisionMeanwhile, I will agree to remain off his property, such that any further contact or invoicing by Ernest not regarding legal action be withheld for court or will be considered harassment Sincerely, [redacted] ***
His original appointment was August 24thWhen he came in to pay the diagnose bill he verbally gave the okay to order the parts in for the work requiredWhen he cancelled the new appointment he again verbally over the phone this time approved having to pay the restocking fee which he then never came in and paidThis invoice isn't going anywhere and we will be taking him to small claims court and he is not permitted on our propertyThanks
This customer had an appointment and required further work to be completed as his vehicle was deemed unsafe to driveWe do not stock any parts here with the exception of oil and filters so all parts for jobs are ordered in specifically for that jobWe DO NOT order any parts unless the customer
okays the quoteThe customer called in and gave the okay to our receptionist to go ahead and order the parts in and he was booked an appointment date at that time at his requestWe ordered the parts the day he gave us the okay and they came in two days laterHe then called and cancelled the appointment and said he no longer wanted to go ahead with the workOur receptionist said no problem but that we would be charged a restocking fee for returning the parts and that he would be responsible for thatHe said no problemHe had said that he would come in and pay that afternoon, which he did notOur receptionist had tried to contact him when he didn't come in and pay and he has avoided all phone callsWe have three separate telephone lines in the office and yes any three of those numbers could have calledThe owner did call him on Saturday, September 23rd and he answeredHe said that he didn't sign anything therefore we couldn't hold him responsible for the parts being orderedHe said he was not paying the invoice and for us to stop harassing himThis is the first time we had spoken to him since the day he said he was coming in to pay the restocking feeYes he has received the invoice in the mail as well as has received a monthly statement as he has an outstanding invoiceHe was told that he was not permitted to come on our property until his bill is paid in fullThe owner did not in any way shape or form say that we ordered the parts without consent, that is completely falseHe asked us to order the parts, we did and then he cancelled his appointment so we had to return the parts and in turn was charged a restocking fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have never verbally okayed or agreed to anything being ordered. The only verbal contract standing was that I asked for a tentative booking, with the condition that I would get back for confirmation. I held this contract by contacting the business, and declining their services four days later; or rather two business days later. I did not agree there after to pay for restocking. If Ernest wishes to take me to court that is his decision. Meanwhile, I will agree to remain off his property, such that any further contact or invoicing by Ernest not regarding legal action be withheld for court or will be considered harassment.
