[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When we first met I explained to you that I spent the insurance money that was sent to me for roof back in 2015, I also explained that everything would be out of pocket on my end, oh you kept reassuring me that you would speak to my insurance and that you would get them to pay 100% funds to cover my roof even though they already sent me a check, yes I was very happy thinking that this money would not have to come out of my pocket After our next meeting you had a change of TUNE about getting all the work covered You said it was more difficult than you originally thoughtSo I decided to pull old appraisal from [redacted] at insurance and spoke to Karen (manager) at insurance and got additional funds from insurance that was not on current appraisal Don't you remember how you kept telling me how amazing I was to be able to get funds from insurance ? First of all its pretty sad that this company owner [redacted] has to resort to lying to cover his as Back in I did contact insurance company to get new roof and was sent the money from insurance I did use the insurance money for other things due to having a significant death in my family Insurance was fully aware of me not getting roof done and using money for other things I did contact [redacted] after the fact and had owner come out to give me an estimate [redacted] did contact insurance and did try to get additional monies to cover roof which certain items were not in original appraisal from [redacted] at [redacted] insurance, unfortunately I never went through with him because I didn't have the monies out of pocket I NEVER HIRED A ROOFER THAT QUIT ON ME OR I FIRED, I JUST NEVER WENT THROUGH WITH THE JOB BECAUSE I WOULD OF HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET SINCE INSURANCE ALREADY CUT ME A CHECK AND WAS AWARE THAT THE CHECK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR ORIGINAL ROOF WAS USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE [redacted] @ [redacted] INSURURANCE WAS THE PERSON IVE BEEN WORKING WITH HER # IS [redacted] OUT OF LUCK THE ORIGINAL APPRAISAL FROM [redacted] WAS INDEED MISSING SEVERAL ITEMS AND THATS WHY THE INSURANCE DID CUT ME AN CHECK FOR THE ITEMS THAT WERE NOT ON ORIGINAL APPRAISAL FOR THE WORK I HIRED YOU FOR, ALL OTHER MONIES DUE TO YOU WERE PAID TO YOU OUT OF MY POCKET FOR YOU TO SAY THAT I LIED TO YOU OR HAD SOMEONE FIRE/QUIT ON ME IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ! IT SURE IS FUNNY HOW AFTER CALLING YOU OUT FOR NOT GETTING A PERMIT FOR THE JOB U SUDDENLY OBTAINED ONE FROM THE CITY AND COUNTY OF [redacted] a week later !!! WHEN INSPECTOR, RODNEY BURDICK CAME OUT HE FAILED YOU ON YOUR WORK AND YOUR RESPONSE TO HIM WAS TO WANT TO REVOKE PERMIT BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO DO THE WORK AND RODNEY EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT YOU COULD NOT REVOKE PERMIT ONLY HOMEOWNER CAN DO it.I've been more than patient, I have sent you several emails, texts with NO response from you to this dayAt this point I just want my money that was given to you for the unfinished, incomplete failed work that you doneI want a total of $8,SOON and we can part ways, IF NOT WE CAN GO TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY , YOUR CALL???? Why should you keep all my hard earned money for a job that is incomplete AND REFUSE TO REDO?? I trusted you 100%, you refuse to fix what is needed to be fixed per County inspector and refuse to answer any of my texts or emails I don't know how u keep your documentation but I have all text, emails AND correspondence from YOU and even a copy of the bogus permit you CREATED and sent to insurance company ALL I WANTED WAS MY ROOF AND SIDING REPLACED, YOUR A BUSINESS OWNER THIS IS WHAT YOU DO RIGHT??? inspection of gutter system, I advised *** ***, the gutter system design on the house did not provide adequate draining of rain waterThe gutter system is a box type gutter & does not have any pitch to drainTo remedy the whole system needs to be replaced anything we would patch it not the systemHe agreed & we were called back to do work on contractThe gutter system still has not been redone after my inspection done 7-1-the water still standing & collecting but not allowing to drainWhich causes this this seams/ Joint’s to expand and contractAttached you will find the original estimate sent to Michael Everything that we said we were going to do on contract we did that was stated in the contract

The homeowner called us tell if she was having problems with her insurance companyShe failed to tell me she had hired a previous contractor to get work done that quit and had spent the insurance proceeds on something other than the claim(Per conversation from the desk adjuster) The
worksheet had various issues that were not addressed in the original assessment by field adjuster that needed to be re-addressed Which I everything from supplement which we asked for & recoverable depreciationAfter repeated calls email verifications, stipulations the insurance finely agreed to fund claim. I have to say this one got out of control I didn’t believe I could get this through the insurance company due to the fact that the homeowner had gone past their grace period given by the insurance companyAfter they said yes throw email verification, I rushed to get job started just in case they would or try to retract their approval we would be started if not doneI did not pull out the permit prior to being startedThat I take full responsibility for subsequently we have obtained the permitWe are in waiting to bet inspected now
