I have read the complaint letter from Ms [redacted] we gave Ms [redacted] an absolutely free on site estimate as we do for all our customersMs [redacted] agreed to the estimate and signed it [redacted] pulled the commode to un-stop the sewer line due to Ms [redacted] telling him the last plumber broke the last commode while cabling from the roofWe all use our knees to get leverage when pulling a toilet, they’re heavy and they all leak when you first break the wax seal loose on the bottom and some water was due to the line being stopped upAfter pulling the commode is when my plumber found the flange was brokeMs [redacted] was quoted TO 1,less 10% to repair, NOT OR 1,to repair the flangeMy plumber had to break out the concrete to get down to good pipe to repair, the job is well worth what was charged and I find no overcharge and no refund will be issued to Ms [redacted] at this time and we would like for Ms [redacted] due to letter sent to the Revdex.com by Ms [redacted] is for Ms [redacted] not to use our services again.Revdex.com [redacted] *** [redacted] ** [redacted] Dear [redacted] As a service to your business, this letter is in regards to a consumer complaint submitted to the Revdex.com about your business on 7/17/12:00:AM by Sandy Smith and assigned complaint ID [redacted] Your customer has rejected the business' response For your convenience, a copy of the customer's response is below To expedite this matter, please respond back to the Revdex.com within days of receiving this notice In the Revdex.com's experience, the following tips often help foster trust in a business: * Acknowledge customer concerns * State the facts as you see them and avoid emotion * Explain the actions you have taken to resolve concerns Please understand that the customer's dispute and your response could be publicly posted on the Revdex.com website (Revdex.com reserves the right to not post in accordance with Revdex.com policy)Please do not include any information that personally identifies your customer By submitting your response, you are representing that it is a truthful account of your experience with this customer The Revdex.com may redact the dispute of your response to protect privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-621-between 9:a.mand p.mor by email at [email protected] Regards, [redacted] [redacted] MESSAGE:I have had two plumbers since the house was built in The original plumber whodied two years after the house was built in Ernie'sI contracted with Mr [redacted] torenovate my bedroom bathHe is the only other person working on bath equipment.When he took the wall down up put in the shower he found that the middle tub had onfloor under the front of the tubHe asked me to call the plumber who had fixed the tubbefore he put in the shower and if they would not fix it, he would fix before the put theshowerErnie's came out & fixed it.I have put in a new Aerobic sewer system with an out let in to the house giving easyaccess into the houseThis is what the first bit shows $+ $for camera.Plus I asked the plumber to fix the out side faucet which I stated was to high but agreedto payAfter he broke the commode loose I had on choice but to say I would pay whathe wrote downI knew it was much too high, but what can you do with water running onmy new floorI never said any thing about some one going though the roofto fix aproblem.I am sending you a copy of the bill againSince I did not request to have my commoderemovedI think $for a $flange and a little concrete.Sincerely, [redacted] ***cc: Ernie's

We went out on September the 11th and repaired Mr [redacted] water lineWe did in fact go back two more times at no charge to Mr [redacted] to correct some issuesOn September the 16th Mr [redacted] was speaking to my office manager Liza about this matterThey came to a settlement of dollars for the lose on his water bill, then on September the 17th I get a Revdex.com letterTo my knowledge this has been resolved

On April the 30th we did go out to Ms [redacted] ***'s property and did in fact repair a yard leak on Quest piping and on February 17th we were called back out for the line leaking againWe sent a plumber to assess the situation, and yes that plumber did misinform Ms [redacted] about the repairThe truth is, the repair and repair fittings have NOT been outlawed by the State but the Quest piping hasI cannot say what was discussed about the Quest piping between Mr [redacted] and the original plumber who repaired it the first timeAll of Ernie's plumbers know that Quest is junk and anytime you make repair on Quest is TEMPORARY, over time the Quest becomes brittle and starts to leakWe only give a one year warranty on our plumbing repairs and we NEVER give a warranty on a Quest repair, and the [redacted] ***'s should have not been giving a warranty to begin withI tried to explain this to Ms [redacted] and we have to charge for the service but we would help her out and do the job for half of the $she paid us before, that is when she became up-set and raising her voice at meThis was not good enough for her, she wants her entire water service line replacedI then offered to replace the line for the estimated price of $1,LESS the $and that still wasn't good enough for her, she wants it for FREEI told her we not doing anything for free and that is when she treated us with a Revdex.com letter and that is when I declined to help Ms [redacted] ***, we will no longer service Ms [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] also brings up the sewer we repaired, this is irrelevant to this situation, if she had her whole sewer line replaced after we repaired it and she didn't call to complain? It sounds like to me the sewer had other issues besides our repairAs you can tell I tried to reason with Ms [redacted] with no success and I am truly sorry I was not able to come to an agreement with her and wish Ms [redacted] the best of luck with her water serviceThank you, Randy Kilcrease

Again, I tried to come to an agreement with Ms [redacted] I offered half off for a repair on a repair we did almost TWO years ago, again out of warranty and was deniedMs [redacted] desired settlement she is asking for it to be corrected not patched and like I told her on the phone and in my last letter that would require a whole line replacement due to her Quest pipingOver the phone I offered the whole amount off she has already paid us off that service and she again declined, so I don't where she doesn't want anything for free because that is exactly what she wantsAt this time no offers will be honored we will no longer service Ms [redacted] And yes my customer service may been a little off, but when Ms [redacted] was not getting her way is she became agitated and raising her voice and that's when I raised mine which I am sorry but, I do not and will not take any abuse from customers who will not listen to reason
