Hi,I have been using dry cleaner's for over years I have never had one rip a shirt, deliver it to me, charge me (when it clearly was not pressed), fail to mention the rip (or even attempt to repair it) and failed to call me Furthermore, I went into the store, they initially offered only $credit for a shirt worth far more, they offered $cash I asked the employee to have the owner call me, which he did not I called later that day, spoke with another employee who said that they would reimburse me $cash When I went into the store, the employee reneged on the offer, then the owner came back and said only $credit Finally, when I said I would register a complaint and to return my shirt, they said no because I was going to register a complaint, and forced me to call the police to have them return my property This is no way to treat a customer, nor is it acceptable of a business The whole situation was boggled, and the practice shady This is why I registered the complaint.Regards,*** ***

Hello, Like I mentioned before the rip was from wear and tearThe location of the rip was by elbowI do not know, how long or how many times *** *** had wash that shirt, but life expediency shirts is about 2yrsIf it's brand new shirt and first time washing then *** *** should take the shirt back to the store and get a credit from themI mentioned before how we process our customers clothing and we washed 500-shirts a dayJust because we washed the shirt and came out rip that doesn't make us to be responsible for the ripEven when I wash my own clothing using my own wash machine at home, clothing doesn't comes out like I want them to come outEven though I follow the instructions, sometimes color fade, shrink or rip etc*** *** mentioned that we gave the shirt back to him without pressing or repair the shirtThe reason we didn't press or repair the shirt was to prevent what's happening nowWe would return the shirt to customer and he/she will make decisionIf customer want us to repair the shirt for him/her, we'll be glad to repair the shirt without chargeBut, in this case, *** *** didn't request to do thatHe wants to receive $cash onlyI offered to *** *** $store credit and I'm willing to do that but not cash refundYours truly,

*** *** indicated that we ripped his shirt, and failed to disclose it when delivering itActually the rip is caused by wear and tearWe didn't rip his shirts by mishandlingOnly mistake that we made was that we didn't inspected carefully before we washed the shirtsWhen we washed the shirts,
we put the shirts in the net bag to prevent from tangle or ripWhen we took *** *** shirt out of the net bag to press the shirt, it already had a ripSo we didn't press the shirt and return to *** ***. The person whom he had an agreement have no authority to make any decisionHe did not speak to my manager or meWhen I encounter the situation, he demanded to pay him $and if not he will take me to small claims courtI offered him $or store credit for full amountHe refused and left the store with the shirt
