On November 7th, 2016, I ordered a sectional, TV stand, and a washerOn November 11, 2016, The TV stand and washer were delivered, but only after I was told the couch wouldn't fit and that the delivery men would have to go back to [redacted] to drop off the couch, then return to deliver my TV stand and washer (understandable)On November 11, 2016, I went back to Ernie's to pick out a new couch, after the first couch didn't fitI picked out a new sectional and was told it would be delivered in weeks (the ticket also showed weeks)I called Ernie's on November 21, 2016, and was told that it would be delivered the same week by Friday, November 25, I called Ernie's on Thursday, November 24, to make sure my couch was still being delivered, only to be told that it wouldn't be delivered until December 9, (weeks after I ordered it)I spoke to the Service Manager who said "the ticket shows it would be delivered in weeks, so the employee gave you inaccurate informationI will give the Sales Manager your information and she'll call you"The Sales Manager called me and told that "there's nothing they can do about it and it wasn't their fault"Not only was I told inaccurate information times, but they also did nothing to fix the situationEveryone I talked to wanted to blame a different employee for the mistake, instead of taking responsibility for Ernie's as a company and trying to make things rightI called Ernie's again on November 24, and asked to cancel my order (sectional couch) and I was told I would have to pay 25% for a restocking fee (which makes no sense because I obviously haven't received the couch yet, nor has Ernie's received it)I will never shop at Ernie's again because of the terrible customer service, as well as receiving inaccurate information, and the security risk when financingWhen I used financing on November 7, 2016, they never asked for any forms of ID or security questions, all they needed was my phone numberMY PHONE NUMBER! When I called to ask about the status of delivery or my account, all they asked for is my phone numberThis is a huge security and fraud risk and something needs to be done, because everyone is at risk for identity theft when they use financing at Ernie's (thankfully I check my account daily)Today is December 6, 2016, and I still don't have the couch I spent over $ [redacted] on, not including delivery and taxI also have not been called with a delivery updateI am extremely unhappy and will never shop at Ernie's in [redacted] again
