Steer clear of these insidious crooks! What a scam operation they have going After our daughter's car was involved in a Hadley accident, apparently, the police called this scheister outfit to tow the car (hmmm, if I didn't know better - I'd think they were in kahoots!!!!), despite us having AAA Because it was Christmas Eve, we couldn't do anything until Dec 26, on which day I was told that no, I couldn't get the car on Sat Dec Turns out I could, in fact, have got it on that day Result? They fleeced even more $$$ (at $35/day) out of me (total $285) The "people" that were behind the counter were unhelpful, uncaring and a sorry, pathetic lot Oh, of course, they only take "cash" which doesn't surprise me - trailer trash like them only ever deal in cash I truly hope this business goes under Fast

Two tows recently, both timely and courteous In one instance the knowledgeable driver even took a few minutes to diagnose and help me take a shot at fixing the issue before starting the tow - an unexpected and appreciated behavior A week later the office staff proved equally courteous by quickly emailing me copies of receipts I had misplaced and needed for the insurance claim I suspect those rendering negative comments were surprised by storage fees which are: (i.) commonly reimbursable by insurance companies; and, (ii.) & necessary for tow companies to impose to avoid turning into junk yards Unfair to bad mouth good folks for acting normally Top notch outfit!
