pictures she posted on Yelp  show clean carpet. Anybody can go back with equipment and get dirty water even today, that's how dirty it is in the PAD. [redacted] has never had a complaint. I agree with the property managers decision not refund her deposit. I am positive the Property manger had other reasons she is not sharing in her complaint to not refund her deposit.
