I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.the arrogance in the business response does not in ANY instance reflects the truth about this matter. This company is informing that language barrier along with a bank account from Brazil is making matters worse, so here is my take on what is making matters worse: an ARROGANT response from someone who does not have true facts, and as far as I can tell never got in contact with me. Andrew, Call me on the phone and you will know that I speak perfect English, and if you do some I will tell you my side of the facts in Perfect English, and how mishandled thus matter has been by your company and employees.The money has NOT been returned to the account, despite several phone calls to Brazil, the bank is still informing that the transaction was complete and the money paid to the gas station.Stop n Go  is another example of extremely arrogant company that, exactly like United Airlines, thinks that can treat the customer as it pleases. They are not interested in resolving anything, their way of supporting the customer was calling the police after a few times of instructing me to keep checking my account, and at the moment I came and told them that the money did not return to the account after waiting for almost a month, yes call the police... I am surprised that I wasn't removed from their  establishment bleeding, as it seems the norm these days of employees following "company policy". I do not agree and completely reject their EASY way out of this matter, and I am left to figure out his to deal with this unfair charge out of huge account

We received a complaint via our Facebook page, company website and now the Revdex.com of Wisconsin. In all instances we’ve tried to contact the customer and left numerous methods for us to be reach along with requests when would be best to reach her again. All to no avail. The issue at hand is the...

customer used her debit card at pump and as stated in her write up she hung up the pump to move her car. She then used her debit card again to activate the dispenser. Each time her debit card, as any debit card, is swiped at the dispenser an automatic hold of $XX.XX is placed on the account. This amount is set by and determined by the bank that issued the debit card. Too make matters more interesting, the bank behind the card is out of Brazil, where the customer is from. This caused both transactions to be international transactions and therefore lengthened the time to clear the holds. We tried to communicate at the store with the customer when she returned after previously leaving our location, however, she wasn’t fully understanding, possibly due to some language barriers, and as she continued her demeanor grew in aggressiveness. Therefore our Manager called the police, as she is trained to do in the event of a customer misunderstanding that is not able to be resolved rationally.   Without any effort on our end beyond time, her bank, as all banks do, cleared the debit hold on her account.
