I bought three subs and 1 was very salty! I called and spoke to a gentlemen about my Pepper steak being salty. I was told to bring the sub back. When my daughter took the sub back she was told by Robbie it was nothing he could do so she called me. I ask to speak with him which he told me because I sent the half back that it was nothing he could do but give discount on my next large sub because he could not separate the bread. His words but he was really saying he could not cut the bread to make a half. He also said he have made about 500 hundred subs that day and nobody complained! I guess e was calling me a liar huh! My thing is don't care about none of that, I bought 3 subs and you telling me I have to buy another large sub and you will give me half off. In my opinion I don't think he handled the situation correctly and also you have no contact person other then the employers there that you can write or call to complain. Ernies will never get any business from me due to the fact Robbie do not know how to conduct business with a customer. Since when have a customer been called a liar due to how they feel there food may taste. I thought customers should at least be accommodated in some form of degree. The meat was salty and nothing was done to correct the problem! Very poor customer service and it was the manager I spoke with also not to clean.
