Ernie's Original Crab Shack

Review: I would like to file a service-related complaint against Ernie's Crab House. I went there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday with a surprise dinner, making reservations a week prior, and things just went from bad to worse. First of all, I think their menu is not clear as far as the all you can eat crabs fee vs. per the dozen fee, so this is misleading. The service was terrible as the waiters have to be flagged down when you need something and food quality was not up to par.

The owner, [redacted], was quite rude and unprofessional to my husband - walking away in mid-conversation. They were out of small crabs which I was not happy to hear since those are for the feast. Not the way I wanted to celebrate my mom's special day AT ALL and will not return!Desired Settlement: A simple apology for the owner's rude behavior and lack of service would suffice. If they want to throw in a free dozen of crabs, even better.
