And I email the customer service staff on 10OCT13 stating the case. My point was one box of mask weight approx. 1.91lbs, 4 boxes shouldn't weight 3.5lbs only. They feedback on **OCT13 stating:"The warehouse confirmed and repacked your order and the weight shows the same. Nothing was short shipped."Then I made another order to prove myself right.Order Date: October **, 2013Order No: [redacted]Items Ordered: 1 box of "Value Size Hydra Therapy Skin Vitality Mask (12 pack)"Package weight stating on [redacted]:3.2lbsI have sent email to customer service on **OCT stating 1 box even weight 3.2lbs, 4 boxes couldn't be only weight 3.5lbs. Got reply on **OCT "Our warehouse did do a repack of your order and it came out with the right weight of order # [redacted]."I am now feeling helpless... Revdex.com is my last hope to get my mask back.Desired Settlement: Hope they can give my 3 boxes of mask back to me, which costs $300, this is quite a lot of money.

A replacement of the 3 pcs of item # [redacted] Hydra-Therapy Skin Vitality Mask (12 PK) will be shipped out to [redacted] 2nd Day as a one time courtesy due to she claimed item was short-shipped. Our warehouse did reweigh her original order and the weight did match showiing nothing was short shipped. [redacted] was emailed today letting her know a replacement will be sent out today order # [redacted] 2nd Day. It will be shipped to address below what was on her original order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I am still depressed that the company keeping insist nothing wrong from their side, while I have already got the missing items, and agree that the matter has been resolved. If the case will be posted on the website, for other's record, the final replacement package of the 3 pcs weights 7lbs (stating on [redacted]).
