The sales person sold my vehicle before I test drove another vehicleThey lied about how long it would take to fix my vehicle
I took my Equinox in for a service jobWhen I took it out, it had no power, so I took it backdays and courtesy cars later they finally determined that my motor was goneThey told me it would take a week and a half, two weeks or longer for the extended warranty people and their insurance to determine whether to put in a new motor or a rebuilt motorEvery time I talked I became more frustrated because I had to cancel appointments so that I could return the courtesy cars every daysFinally, I asked to look at the used car inventoryI didn't find anything I liked, but decided to test drive a vehicle the next dayBefore I test drove, the vehicle I removed things from my Equinox which was still parked in a service bayFrustrated, I asked to see what they could do for me if I bought the vehicleThey knew I was frustrated and they pressured me to buy a different vehicle saying it would be a least 1/2-or longer weeks before I would get my vehicle back, no guarantee that it wouldn't be a rebuilt vehicle, and I would have to drive the mile round trip every days to return the courtesy vehiclesTHREE days after I bought the vehicle, and four days after I test drove the other vehicle, my old vehicle was in someone else's garageI talked to the lady and she told me they guaranteed her a new motorWhat really made me mad was that she looked at my vehicle BEFORE I test drove another vehicleShe told me what I took out of my vehicle before I test droveWhich means the sales person (same one) showed her my vehicle before I sold or even test droveI talked to the managers twice about this without apologies (I am sorry you feel this way)They told me that maybe she came at night and looked in the window-seriously! No wonder they pressured me into buying a vehicle when they already had my vehicle soldAs a woman senior citizen I feel I was taken advantage of for the sake of a sale No intergrity!!!! I will never go back to this place
