Ernst & Haas Management

Ernst and Haas took over my building in June. The first thing they did was rewrite the lease omitting all tenants except me. Then they raised the rent. $100 for me but all 8 units had different increases. Next they've done nothing but make the outside look ok. New paint just on the front, a new fence and they keep replacing the plant cause no one comes to water then. The roaches and mice however seem to not concern them. And they have tried to charge us all for the bad plumbing. If you don't have to, please don't rent from them. Not to mention, bad customer service must be a requirement to woe there because I haven't talked to a pleasant person yet. They are bullys. Arrogant and pompous.

My experience with this company has been very positive. They took over management of our building and very quickly we saw changes. They inspected each unit and gave a list of recommendations. The recommendations were very reasonable and so we went with them. We receive the statements each month at the end of the month and they are very easy to read. So far we have been very happy with the service.
