I am rejecting this response because:Of course he didn't call Just another day another lie How many times are you going to let him lie to you? Unfortunately there are business people like this in our world You have a chance now to do something to one of them because the way they have treated me-almost three months we have put up with this infernal noise You can understand my complaint a little better

As per phone message from *** ***, *** came out Friday and resolved the issues

Well today is September 15, and we have been living with this noise since June 24, (date incorrect motor was installed) Add it upNo closure as of yet

Issue were resolved 9/23/

As per phone conversation 9/8/1:55pm:*** *** will contact the consumer personally to set up at time to go back and inspect the issue

Do I need to provide anymore information or wait to hear from business?

I am rejecting this response because:  This is a lie.  They have not contacted me.  I've phoned and emailed and even went to their office with no response.  I left a message with their receptionist...

and she was going to have [redacted], Vice President contact me.   Still (August 28, 2016) no response.
