Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Good Afternoon, We've been at this junction before; Attached I've added a snippet of what has created this fiasco; In the attached pictures, you'll noticed that the floor was scoured (intentionally by the installer), in order to refine the installation process;following all the installer's tips.n.tricks, you'll notice that my house was covered in dustAdhering to this, I was forced to pay someone to clean this mess (an un-necessary out-of-pocket expense)The installer and his helper can attest to that statement as wellWith all due respect, I don't want any of Floor Depot's people in my home anymore, hence my request for a third-party intervention; You'll find that my job was a mere sqfoot; In the pictures depicted, where the planks are selectively taken out during that iteration of a fix, it covers about sq foot of the initial jobI feel that I've been extremely patient throughout this entire ordeal, hence my request is not too far from a stretchIf the vendor would inquire via their installer, they would get cross-validation on the efforts | mishaps applied throughout the installation experienceI welcome the third-party inquire, if agreed uponAs a vendor with many resources, I don't think that this is an unreasonable request, considering that they work with other folks that are in their network Regards, *** [redacted]

To Whom it Concerns at the Revdex.com, Sorry for the delayed responseI have the same response as beforeWe would like to schedule a time to visually inspect the floorwe do not believe that this request is unreasonableIt may be that we agree to a 3rd party "intervention", but we will only do so at our expense if we are allowed to inspect the floor first.Thank you [redacted]

To The Revdex.comWe are aware of this customerOur records indicate that we supplied the customer with boxes to repair an area in his floor...We assumed the repair was complete and satisfactoryon or about a month later we received a credit card chargeback and we disputed the chargebackThe chargeback
was reversed once we presented our side of the story to the credit card company. We called the customer in an attempt to go and inspect the wood and were denied the opportunity to do a visual inspection of the jobThe material he purchased was first quality hardwood from a reputable manufacturerIf there is a problem with the installation of the material we would like to have the opportunity to visually inspect the jobThank You*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Good Afternoon, We've been at this junction before; Attached I've added a snippet of what has created this fiasco; In the attached pictures, you'll noticed that the floor was scoured (intentionally by the installer), in order to refine the installation process;following all the installer's tips.n.tricks, you'll notice that my house was covered in dust. Adhering to this, I was forced to pay someone to clean this mess (an un-necessary out-of-pocket expense). The installer and his helper can attest to that statement as well. With all due respect, I don't want any of Floor Depot's people in my home anymore, hence my request for a third-party intervention; You'll find that my job was a mere 500 sq. foot; In the pictures depicted, where the planks are selectively taken out during that iteration of a fix, it covers about 240 sq foot of the initial job. I feel that I've been extremely patient throughout this entire ordeal, hence my request is not too far from a stretch. If the vendor would inquire via their installer, they would get cross-validation on the efforts | mishaps applied throughout the installation experience. I welcome the third-party inquire, if agreed upon.. As a vendor with many resources, I don't think that this is an unreasonable request, considering that they work with other folks that are in their network.
