EXCELLENT RESPONSE AND SERVICE. WHEN OVER THE PROBLEM FOUND AND GIVES OPTIONS AND COST OF EACH OPTION THEN SUGGESTS HIS PROFESSTIONAL OPINION ON WHICH OPTION HE RECOMMENDS AND WHY.
Absolutely amazing company! I don't typically write reviews, but feel compelled to write about this company. I called Brian [redacted] after 5:00pm and he talked me through trying to fix the problem myself.
Once we realized it was more than I could handle, he was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and even did the leg work to find out if it was still under warranty.
He fixed the problem faster than anticipated and cheaper than we thought. On time and under budget-who does that??!! Knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and reliable. This is the way that all companies should be run.
