We hired Erobby to pick up a car from the auction. Now car is missing.We hired Erobby trucking to pick up a car from the auction on 4/29/14. We have proof that the car was picked up by Chief (driver) and he claims the car was delivered to the final loading facility. He has no proof. We called him several times and at first he was adamant that he picked up and delivered the car to the final dest but then called us back that he made a mistake and delivered it to some place else in error. Now we call and call and he is not taking our calls anymore. We will be contacting the authorities today and file a stolen vehicle report. We contracted Erobby Trucking to do the loading and shipping of our container that was being shipped over-seas to Liberia. They gave us a price for their services which we agreed to, and according to them, this price included the loading all of our goods into the container and everything else associated with the process. We paid a deposit for them to start the process and agreed that the balance would be paid after the container had reached a certain destination. On the day of loading the container, we loaded every item into the container ourselves and they did not lift a finger to help us as promised. They hired a tow-truck to load the cars that were going on board, and after loading the cars their work was done. After all the goods had been loaded, they required us to pay a fee for the tow truck driver, after we had been told was included in the initial deposit we paid. After the container had departed and reached it's halfway point, we went to their office to pay the balance so that we could receive our container release documents and Bill of Lading. After paying the balance, we were promised we would receive the documents by the end of the week. The end of the week came and we did not get our documents; we contacted the agent in the office we had been dealing with and he never answered his phone for 2 weeks! Being frustrated, we visited their office frequently but he was never there and no one in the office could help us. 2 weeks later after sending an angry text, their agent decided to answer his phone and said he bought a new phone which is why he had not been in touch. The bill of lading was important, we needed it to clear our container from the port in Liberia, and every day the container stays in the port, we are charged a fee. We went to their office a month later and found another agent who said he would handle our documents. He said our folder had been in the wrong file and we would get our documents soon. He lied as well and kept dodging us and we never received our documents.Desired SettlementThey are very unorganized and unprofessional, and we believe they misused our money.
