Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not agree with the response stated by the company The Representative actually was shown the bad rotors and still failed to acknowledge them see attached picture I do not believe [redacted] did an inspection on the vehicle in question, because if you drove the car it was obvious from the loud grinding noise that it had brake problems A closer look at the brakes in the picture provided: reveals grooves cut into the rotors from the calipers holding the brakes and not releasing them as should be designed A dead rat was also found inside the rotor If the vehicle had been adequately inspected they would have found the smoke coming from under the hood as a result of oil leaking on to the exhaust system as a result of a faulty oil separator cover The Company has not provided documented proof of a inspection report involving the vehicle in questionSince my last response, I have also found that the two rear tires are faulty (showing signs of cupping and a bubble on inner side wall) even though he said they were inspectedTheir comment of having great reviews does not indicate that they cant have bad ones, they have failed to acknowledge my issues and concernsMy bank is a [redacted] Bank, and had explained to this Company that a check was in route to them providing a tracking number that showed it at a UPS store with arrival dateThey know how I was treated and the condition of the vehicle soldAlso the distance that I requested to test drive the vehicle was miles I now believe I was denied to opportunity to test drive the vehicle for a longer period was because it would have reveal the other problems that revealed themselves later I have purchased many cars and this is the worst I have encounteredIf distance was a problem as with other dealers, someone could have rode along with us I still have not received a corrected Memorandum Title, and as mentioned before no call from Company, which is odd, because they could have sent a letter, text, or call saying it was being correctedThat alone says a lot Regards, [redacted] ***

additional minutes or so is permitted if needed You requested a test drive that would have the car out for a estimated time of hour which we politely declined because we do not like to run the risk of something happening along the way This *** was a trade in at our dealership that we had inspected at *** located on *** ** *** Rd in ***, Ohio (***) *** found the brakes to be in good condition and they only recommended that we replace the drive belt and both rear wheel bearings which we did before putting the vehicle up for sale We have receipts for the repair and also the *** inspection We inspected and service all of our vehicles prior to sale to assure a safe and reliable vehicles are sold to our customer that we value very much You were not told to use the extended warranty you purchased to service the brakes Extended warranties do not cover wear and tear items such as brakes, tires, etc We could not release the vehicle to you because *** *** Credit Union, the credit union you chose to finance this car through did not provide you with a check to pay for the vehicle or even a letter of credit/guarantee to provide us We can not release a vehicle based on a "promise" of funds with nothing in hand to show proof In order to obtain a check or letter of guarantee prior to arrival and pickup, you would have had to provide *** *** Credit Union with a purchase order so they can process your loan before arriving which would have allowed us to release this vehicle to you immediately without a delay because they would have provided you a check or a letter of credit/guarantee We apologize for the name error on the memorandum which is a mistake made by the title bureau This can and will easily be corrected immediately and a new memorandum title will be mailed to you.We would like to conclude this by saying that from start to finish, we do our very best to make sure all of our customers are well taken care of and are provided excellent customer service Please take time and read some of the hundreds of positive reviews we received over the years! Also the distance that I requested to test drive the vehicle was 8.9 miles.  I now believe I was denied to opportunity to test drive the vehicle for a longer period was because it would have reveal the other problems that revealed themselves later.  I have purchased many cars and this is the worst I have encountered. If distance was a problem as with other dealers, someone could have rode along with us.  I still have not received a corrected Memorandum Title, and as mentioned before no call from Company, which is odd, because they could have sent a letter, text, or call saying it was being corrected. That alone says a lot.
