I recently had an accident and hurt my ankle. I called ERRA since I am unable to walk and the Owners agreed to stop by my house to get what exactly was needed. They helped me to decide which was better between a walker and crutches.
The crutches and a shower chair were ordered and expedited at no extra change + they deliver it to my door step in 2 days!

Review: I took my orthopedic shoes to be exchaned for a larger size. The shoes were new and in a box with my name on it. When I returned to the store six weeks later, the box and my shoes were missing. The owner [redacted] tried to give me a pair of old and worn shoes and explain there were my shoes. I told the owner my shoes were in a box not a black bag. The owner refused to give me my original shoes or even offer me a store credit. I was very upset and disapointed. I left the store with no shoes at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement for the shoes.

This is my response to the complaint:

[redacted] received a pair of orthopedic shoes on March **, 2013. The warranty for returning shoes is 45 days. [redacted]a pair of worn shoes to our store in November, 2013 showing us wearing of the heels on both shoes. He claimed to never have worn them.The heels were severed. I asked him what happened and that they were obviously worn. I also informed him that they could not be exchanged. He became belligerent, loud and cursed both me and my employee. He stormed out of the store leaving the shoes with us. He returned approximately 6 weeks later asking for his shoes. When I gave them to him he insisted they were not his. I sensed something foul and it is my opinion he is trying to receive a new pair of orthopedic shoes any way he can. I offered the shoes to him but he refused to take them.
