Review: in august of 2011 was contacted by a [redacted](###-###-####) saying she worked for E.R.S with the address PO Box 363 Buffalo, NY and that we owed money for magazines and could settle. we ended up paying the amount of $125.54 on September 23 2011. well today (march 21 2013) my husband received a call from the same number saying we owe more money but when my husband asked for more information the call was "dropped" on their side and we have not received a call back. was wondering if its a scam or not. I also have a letter saying the amount was paid and that we will be under no further obligation
the case number was #*(September 23 2011)Desired Settlement: if we do owe anything would like proof that its owed on paper
