We have made attempts to take care of the issuesThe cabinets were touched up shortly after the installation.We sent a painter to fix the walk however he was not successful in matching the existing paint.The customer has found a painter that can take care of the issuewe have offered to credit the outstanding balance on the order of $The painter is charging around $700.00The scratches on the cabinets are minimal and the customer did sign a contract stating that there could be scratches related to the installation

we have offered to replace the carpet with like value product.the customer just needs to reselect at the store

The response is not to my complaint.  My complaint was about carpeting.  The response from Erskine was about cabinets.
