I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I don't understand how Erspamer can say that they have tried very hard to resolve this matter This apparently is coming down to our word vs *** word A verbal agreement was for $300-$and then after the agreement *** said, "well it might be $500, AFTER we agreed to $ How can you jump from $to $500? This was a hour job, which you upcharged your parts by more than 200%, and I do not understand how you can say that you have tried very hard to help us resolve this when you aren't willing to agree to the price that we BOTH verbally agreed to in the beginning? This suggests that you condone dishonest billing practices Is this how you run all your business affairs by baiting and switching? Please let me know how you have tried really hard to keep your word when quoting prices? One can tell by the invoice that *** was pushing the price as close to $as possible Just because *** changes his mind on his quote and says "Maybe $500" does not allow you to have a blank check at our expense When I got off the phone with my wife, we agreed to $350, according to what *** originally quoted Then he went forward with doing the work while we expected it to be $300-$per his original quote We would NEVER have agreed to a price of $ Can you believe we are arguing over a difference of $84? Is $worth your integrity as a business? Do you get $worth of satisfaction in being dishonest? Is it worth $to lose a customer and potentially many more through negative word of mouth and social media reviews? I hope you chose to do the honorable, honest, and right thing $is what we agreed to and is more than a fair price the work that was done

We are sorry to learn that you remain displeased. We verbally quoted Mrs. Lebaron $350-$500 and have already discounted our original invoicing which is within this quoted range. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We agree to $300-350.  My wife was told it would cost $300-$350 to which we agreed.  It wasn't until after we agreed to $350 that he said maybe $500.  We never would have agreed to $500 for such a simple job.  That's why I'm rejecting their response because we were charged more for the job than we agreed to pay.  I feel like they are being dishonest with their billing practices.
