I am rejecting this response because: I read this response and called [redacted] last week on Friday 8/28/and explained that his response was not accurate and that my aftermarket parts were damaged and I could upload pictures to show him the damages After further discussion, we agreed to a compromise We agreed that he would issue a check directly to [redacted] which would pay for the damages to my truck as outlined in the estimate provided and he would issue a check payable to Rack N Road to cover the damages to my roof rack [redacted] advised the check would be available by Wednesday 9/02/ I was able to pick up the check today 09/02/ There are no outstanding issues remaining

Attached is the first check request for the antennaThis check for $was mailed out on 10/4/16.As you can see from the estimate she also had a license plate frame, which we were not covering because that did not have to do with the car wash.Attached is the second check request for $You can see the customer has delayed getting us an invoice and wrote that in her note at the topThere is also a replacement of every single wiper blade on the carBut the only damage was to the rear which we covered for herPart of our process for incidents is that we do not pay customers from a quote, we must have a paid receipt which is also what took a lot of the timeThis vehicle is a [redacted] which is typically not something we cover since the vehicle is over years old and our policy also states we are not responsible for your antennaThis sign is posted outside of on the building and therefore I feel we have gone above and beyond to cover this customer and take care of her out of customer servicePlease let me know if you need any additional information

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] on Monday 8/24/ I advised I would like to move forward and get the damages to my truck repaired I agreed to waive the replacement of my aftermarket parts [redacted] asked me to obtain an estimate from [redacted] and would meet with me on Thursday 8/27/at 5:pm at the Quick Quack located on Watt Ave in North HighlandsI obtained the quote and showed up at the Quick Quack location on 8/27/ I called [redacted] at approximately 5:PM after I did not see him at the location to confirm he was still going to meet with me He advised that he was not going to meet with me and to drop off the estimate to the manager on duty and that he would pick them up the next day and give me a callIt is going on two weeks since the damages occurred to my truck and I would like to move forward and get them repaired There is a lack of sense of urgency on the part of *** If he was not going to be able to meet with me on 8/27/15, a courtesy call should have been made This is unprofessional coming from a District Manager I would like to get my damages repaired and move on from this

We agreed to pay for the damage to this truck today at 11:am todayWe will gladly make a check payable to Natomas auto body and have it ready early next weekAll damage done to this truck was caused by aftermarket parts but we have made an exception tour policy for the sake of good customer serviceNone of the aftermarket parts were damaged to the point they needed to be replaced

I am rejecting this response because: There was no damage to my bumper before this other than a scratch in the paint by taking something out the back of itA scratch in the paint will now cause the bumper to get ripper offAnd if there was previous damage to my bumper than why didn't it get ripped off the other hundreds of times we have taken our truck through that car washI still want a refund for my memberships that I haven't used since that day

Date Sent: 11/14/4:43:PMThis customer has a *** RX300, the vehicle is over years old and it outside of our coverage windowOn 4/14/out of customer we sent a check to the customer covering her power antenna in the amount of $incident #***This customer has a power antenna and there are signs posted at the wash location that state, “Please read we are responsible for factory installed, secured, and undamaged items on cars less than years oldAll antennas must be removed or retracted.” Her antenna was not retracted before entering the wash and subsequently it snapped while in the washShe was however paid out for thisThe customer then came through on 8/1/and her rear wiper was not secured in the holster and it was damaged in the washWe again told the customer out of customer service that we would cover the damage out of customer service and asked her to bring in a paid receiptIt took her an extended amount of time because she was taking care of her mom, but on 12/22/she brought us an invoice for the wiperWe again paid a person check to the customer on 12/22/in the amount of $check #***As for the wrap this would be something that would not be covered or the responsibility of the car wash as this is not a factory installed part or pieceWe use soft microfiber cloth or neoprene foam on our wash which will not cause scratches or damage to paint jobs, we are not responsible for a sticker wrap though.I have looked into her membership and the billing at the customer was last billed on 6/13/and has not been billed since, therefore she has not lost anytime in services due to fear of using our services. Checks were made out to Tamra Dorsey and signed by the customer on the back when she took them to the bank.*** $cashed 10/24/2016*** $cashed 2/17/

120,vehicles being washedThere were no issues or malfunctions with the equipment that day, that month or this yearThe vehicle enters the wash like and there are no outside contributing factors that could have pulled the bumper off the vehicleWe sent the customer for an estimate to offer to assist them out of a spirit of customer serviceWhen the estimate came back for $1200, we discussed that $would be fair, this was the cost of the OEM partWe still feel that $is generous and fair and we would love to take care of them since they were an unlimited member, but this was not at the fault of the wash and essentially could be denied altogether

I have car wash memberships monthly as I drove through the car wash my wiper arm and blade and antenna case housing and antenna were ripped off of my pink [redacted] rx300.on my way home I noticed my missing wiper arm and blade and my radio was statickybecause antenna was missing I decided to look over the whole car and I noticed my custom pink paint job was chipped in a few places.also my car custom wrap was tearing off my car near the door handle and up by my driver passenger Windows.I called quick quack and came in to fill out an incident report.the manager called me back and asked I bring car in and he said that my paint and wrap wasn't damaged by the was and he will only pay for repairs on antenna and wiper arm blade so I finally pick up one check covering wiper blade and arm and I asked them for repair check on antenna so they left a message for manager .he told me to call accounting department which I did and they told me they are not paying any more.I took my car to paint and wrap shop the said that quick quack car was is known to damage alot of cars and truck if there machinery is not adjusted right for certain make model cars and truck..this was a big run around and defiantly faulty service that will leave people upsett do to damages on their car or truck I want to be reimbursed for antenna and housing which I did supply reciepts from the dealer. . my damaged custom pink paint job and coach wrap.and be reimbursed for the time I didn't use my membership because I was worried about more damages to my [redacted] and possibly escalade I also had memberships for.thanks for your time

Date Sent: 11/14/2017 8:30:10 PMI am rejecting this response because: yes I did get paid for antenna and mind you wiper and antennapaint chipping and car wrap  happened the same day so your info is completely wrong and my wiper damage was not the total amount that was on my paid repair receipt.and if my car is so high in age why did you even pay me back for antenna and partial repair for antenna.it had to been something wrong with your wash machinery that day because it doesn't matter on the micro fiber clothes and how soft it is because it's clear as day something went wrong and strong enough to rip off antenna wiper my paint and coach car wrap.it doesn't matter age of car my car is in perfect shape with less than 115 tho miles. I can send pics I take very good care of my car.and yes after that incident I never used car wash again look over your records and talk with [redacted] that were same name two different managers for more info I want to be reimbursed thank you have a great day..[redacted]
