I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], It may promote customer service and transactions smoother by implementing into the store policy to allow refund(s) should the item(s) purchased are priced incorrectly versus the price that is actually scanned.  Whether the consumer caught the overcharge difference in the store before leaving or at home.   I don’t think any consumer (or shop owner) wish to consider which price is correct, especially with a line forming.  I know I did not want [redacted] quibbling the issue with me.   With that, I see that this resolution is acceptable to me and the matter has been settled.

on May **, 2017. [redacted] indicated her dissatisfaction with our customer service. First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for unsatisfactory customer service and any inconvenience you may have encountered. We admitted our mistakes, wrong labeling. Definitely, we will refund $0.50 as claimed whenever you drop by the store. Again, please accept my deepest apologies for any trouble we have caused you and accept our attempts to help you with this matter. We would consider that customer service complaints can be excellent opportunities to build relationships and retain loyal customer.
