Yesterday, after draining and refilling my hot tub I was unable to get it to start filtering again After several hours of trying to resolve this problem myself I went searching for repair assistance I made a few calls encountering answering machines, rude customer service and the offer to come look at in weeks I then stumbled onto The Hot Tub Man's website and gave him a call Although he was on his way out of town, he listened to my problem He gave me several suggestions to try to resolve my issue He asked for pictures to assist me better With his professional attitude and guidance I was able to correct the problem and get my hot tub back to operations Thank you! I hope to never need hot tub repairs in the future but if I do I know where to call!
