I am rejecting this response because:

I don't accept the response from them because my seat was not damaged when I entered Seabrook car wash,  and the seat was able to be moved backwards and forward with out any issues.  Once the person that vacuumed the car moved the seat forward, and I got into my car to leave,  the seat no longer moved forward or backwards.  I immediately brought this to the lady that said she was the manger on duty attention, and she tried to move the seat without any success.  She than looked up under the seat and pulled out a full bent up water bottle.  Even though the water bottle is what probably caused the damage, the person should have noticed some resistance and not continued to try move the seat, especially since he was supposed to be cleaning the car and should have noticed trash under the seat.  The reason my husband said the seat was moving slowly, was because he could clearly see that this person was meeting some resistance moving the seat forward and continued to do so anyway.  I feel as though that they are responsible because the person that moved the seat forward should have recognized that there was something causing the seat not to be able to move in a normal manner.  Again, before I went to Seabrook car wash my seat was operating in a normal manner, but when I got in my car to leave that was no longer the case.  I have been a customer at this car wash for over ten years without any issues.  Because of this one incident I will no longer patronize this establishment and have also lost money, since I was monthly subscriber for car washes and still had over a months worth of car washes that I can no longer use.

The customer stated that she was going to her husband take care of it.A gentlemen came into the car wash and explained that he was the customer's husband. was able to show him video of the car being vacuumed at our facility. After pointing this out to the husband he asked to look at the footage again.
