ever.Customer brought in the vehicle on that date (08/31/15) on a tow truck, due to the reason not starting, after been verbally explain to the customer of $80.00 for a diagnose, he agree. After Diagnosing the Vehicle a phone called was made to the customer explaining what was wrong with it, Crankshaft position sensor not been properly install by previous mechanic. as well as some ignition wires were touching Exhaust Manifold which it made them burn.After giving estimate to the customer thru phone of total cost for Parts & Labor to PROPERLY fix the problem. Customer did not approved to do the work.However we offered to install a temporary bolt to hold in place the crankshaft position sensor without an extra cost, as well to install his own ignition wires for an extra $40.00, we did had an approval for that, which it states in the receipt what was charged to the customer.
