I am rejecting this response because:They offered to reimburse us for shipping once they receive the itemWe do not feel comfortable with thisThe shipping is expensive ($100) and we do not feel confident that they will actually pay us because of their terrible track record of even responding to
our inquiriesThis issue has been going on for over a month and it is still not resolvedIt was their mistake to begin with (sent us the wrong color chair) and we do not feel it is our responsibility to pay for the shipping to correct itWe have never before encountered such terrible customer serviceWe feel that if we pay to have it shipped we will never hear from them again, and then we will have paid for a chair we didn't want (and no longer have) plus the shippingIt feels like a scamThis was their response to us when we asked them to pay for the shipping:Hello,Thank you for the message, I can understand your concern.But as we said we do not have the prepaid label, however, we can assure you as soon as you send the product back to us we will process for the refund and also as we said we can reimburse you for all shipping charges you incur.Best,***-- eCommerce Support Teams was their email to us:

In this case the customer was not charged for this order. The payment was voided at August 14 and 2:09 pm.Thus, it is clear that [redacted] was not charged for this order.
