customer signed up for a free trail and did not cancel the trail before allotted days, we charged customer as per agreement, Customer could cancel with request or manually before trial was over 09/**/customer left Voicemail regarding charge 09/**/call customer back and refunded as I
was speaking to him, I had the account closed and no other contact was needed I do not show contact with the customer before his voicemail on 09/**/Customer has been refunded as requested in a timely manner
