I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We discussed with Fedale remedies for the leak problem. They said they will contact me next week and start work. They called today 10-10-16 and said work will send next Monday. Also we need to have a remedy for the cap which was replaced and cracked. The cap and walls that were repaired were not sprayed with a substance that is like a plastic shield against dampness or water. This was not done after the wall of fireplace and cap was repaired.Thank you
G. Fedale has met with the [redacted]'s and has agreed to resolve concerns. Not only will G. Fedale fulfill the desired settlement, but we have identified the source of the issue and will resolve according to the newly signed change order dated 8/30/2016.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team has spoken with Mrs. [redacted] on numerous occasions and we have agreed to resolve the leak issue, address some concerns with the siding and to replace the mortar cap along with an application of a coating. This work goes beyond the initial scope of work and will be completed at no charge to the [redacted]s. Mrs. [redacted] has agreed that this scope will suffice to resolve this complaint.
