Richmond Massage closed its business December 18, 2017. The customer stated she purchased the gift card December 17, 2017. We stopped selling all gift certificates as of December 5, when the decision to close the business was made. Also, the reference # she gave was from a
gift card (made of plastic) which we have not sold since January 2017. After that we sold only gift certificates (made of paper). So, it was not possible for her to have purchased it December 17, 2017. We are currently reimbursing customers for gift certificates purchased just prior to our closing. Anything purchased over a year ago will not be reimbursed as to lack of funds. I hope this addresses the issue

their membership. This responsibility is noted in the agreement and initialed by all members. It cannot be conducted on the phone. A copy of the agreement is included for your information. We bill this member on the 15th of each month and she first mentioned cancellation in a phone conversation on April 29th. She was reminded about the need for a written notice at the time and again in another conversation · We will use your letter as notice of cancellation but she was billed on May 15th and has one complimentary massage remaining. She Will have until June 21, 2016 to use it or convert it to a gift certificate. Again, I am sorry this member felt the need to involve the Revdex.com. I called and cancelled in April so the May charge should not occur  At that time I told them I was recovering Rotary Cuff Surgery (which I can prove) and was unable to get massages or TRAVEL.  At that time they should of given me an option on this form they want signed.  They never said anything and charged me to convert my massages to gift cards.  I don't want that additional massage as I CANT TRAVEL OR GET MASSAGES.  So no this not acceptable.  I guess if I had died and no form was signed they would continue to charge card as well?

Review: I had a monthly membership. I cancelled in April over the phone. They told me I would have to pay $15 per massage on my account to convert then to gift cards that could continue to be used after membership was cancelled. I was charged $45. The next month they charged me for monthly $59 fee When I called to discuss they said I had to make th request in writing. This was never told to me. I then talked to a manager and told them I lived 25 miles away and as unable to drive that far to sign paper. They said too bad and did not given me am option.Desired Settlement: I want the $59 refunded and I want them to stop charging me.
