Escape On-Sit Massage

Review: Whatever you do not sign a contract because,you might be shook down later.. In 2010 I signed a one year contract. the massage were ok to good. In the 2011, I finished my contact and went month to month. In the summer of 2011, I found a therapists that was closer to me and I did not renew my contact. On Oct 21,2013, over two years after my last visit, I got a call from a collection agency stating that I owed escape massage over $1300 for membership fees (I disputed the charges). The next day I went to Escape Massage in short pump in person. The [redacted]) told me that I did not cancel my contract in person and I owed them the money and it was in collection and it was nothing they coould!!!!!!!!!!!I called the collection agency on Oct 22,2013 to continue the account in dispute. Even the person on the phone found it hard to believe that they were trying to collect fees from someone that was on month to month, have not been there in two years and I did not get ANYTHING-NO GOODS OR SERVICES for the money they say I owe!!!!!!!!!Revdex.com needs to tell the company: To drop these charges, get the collection agency off my back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Revdex.com needs to tell the company: To drop these over top charges that I GOT NOTHING FOR!!!!!get the collection agency off my back !!!!!!!!!!!!!! [redacted] has been an Escape Massage client and member for a few years and we have made many efforts to contact him in regard to his non-payment of monthly membership fees. All was well until December 2011 when his payment for that month failed to go through. We called him and left messages regarding the situation but received no response. This effort continued trying to contact him to receive payment or to see ifhe wished to discontinue his membership. According to his contract with Escape Massage, his membership continues month to month until Mr. Allen gives us official notice terminating his membership

To date [redacted] has yet to contact our office. It's funny he took the time to contact your office to make a complaint about Escape Massage, yet will not contact our office. Until he terminates his member~hip he is still obligated to pay the monthly fees whether or not he uses our facilities.

Enclosed you will find a copy of his original contract and a copy ofhis history of massage appointments as well as dated notes of attempts of trying to contact [redacted]. We make large efforts to satisfy our customers and members but we do need communication from them to let us know their intentions. If [redacted] contacts our office we will try our best to work together to resolve the situation.

I have reviewed the letter made by Escape Massage reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. In his letter, the owner states that I did not contact his office about this mattter.. That is not true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the morning of Oct 22,2013 I did stop by the [redacted] of Escape Massage in person, and talked to the [redacted]) she told me, that I did not cancel my contract in person and I owed them the money. The matter was in collection and there was nothing she could do..I asked I am canceled now because I am NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN, she said yes. The phone/email log that was provided, just showed they called me, the messages did not say anything about money being owed I just thought that they were drumming up business...The email, I do have problems with the email sometimes I may have not gotten them plus with all the spam it may have been delete by mistake... The only phone call I got about money being owed is when the collection agecy called on Oct 21 2013. Below you find my orginal complait letter plus complants from [redacted] and [redacted] (I had a friend that has [redacted] and she put up my problem on her page) about the same problem I ran into.. You can see from the letter I got and from the people below this appears to be trend for Escape Massage.

I have nothing to talk about Escape Massage, I want this bill purged from their books, get the collection agacy off my back...

I can understand, if the I got a good or service without paying but I did not get anything for the [redacted] I said that I owed...... This is just a way to get extra money with out working for it!!!!!!
