We are relatively happy with our current timeshare experience, but want to attend a seminar near our house to have a qualified professional go over our contract. We don\'t want to sell now, but will ask our children what their opinion is about the future of our plan.\r\n But the real reason for this comment is to applaud the great job escape resolutions does helping people get free from any burden they may have with their timeshare. The representative was truthful, professional, thorough, and very considerate to help our situation to whatever degree necessary.
My Name is [redacted], I received a call from Escape Resolution, for a seminal at the Hilton Hotel, I owned a time share in Orlando Florida Summer Bay Resort. I had this time share for 10 yr. and I never had the
time to use it, my wife and I we were very unhappy because every time we called
nothing was available, paying maintenance fees and special assessment. My wife and
I went to the seminal and bingo I had the blessing meeting these nice people and
after the seminal was done they went through my options and the money that My
wife and I paid for the service to get me out of this bad dream was worth it. It gave me peace of mind. I was very concerned about my credit but this company and the people in customer service guided me through the process and now I am out of the mortgage which saved me over $30,000 dollars and my credit is still intact. I didn't know that we have so many other ways to travel. Many people they took advantage of me and I'm blessed that Escape Resolution really accomplished what they told me they would do. I highly recommend Escape Resolution.
This is a great company to use if you are looking to resolve your timeshares. They stated what they can do and did it. My mother in law has 2 timeshares and unable to use due to health. Since working with Escape Resolutions they have helped up resolved one of they timeshares and we are now working with the lawyers on the other one.
I am greatly relieved that I am not burdened with these titles anymore. They took care of me before I had to pay any more fees. I was sweating it, it did get close, but I did not have to any of them. I am not going to disclose how many timeshares that I had,but I did have multiple timeshares. The customer service was very responsive. Tyler and everyone involved helped put my mind at ease. It was tough to even do this because I have been scammed before and I was fearful that this was too. I would suggest to anyone that is in the boat I was in to do that same. I was just throwing good money at bad. Anyone who is in this situation, this is what they need to do.

So how did we get so fortunate? On 31 Oct 2015, we attended an educational seminar with Escape Resolutions concerning Mortgage Relief. We have to admit we were skeptical at first due to our previous experiences with "timeshare presentations". We were just like many of you--typically over promised and under rewarded. After our timeshare purchases, we always received numerous invites to "update our timeshare ownerships". The preface for these "special membership"
meetings was not really for an "owner update". Oh no. The meeting was to show how much more wonderful our ownership could be if we purchased additional points ($$$$$). We fell for the rhetoric.
Today we made a positive, educated decision to eliminate our timeshare ownership with Escape Resolutions Mortgage Relief Process. Yes we are so very fortunate.

They were able to meet our needs in the timeframe we anticipated. The detailed paperwork was very easy to follow. Everything was highlighted with stickies. It was easy to follow to do everything we needed to do to handle everything properly. Everything was resolved before we had to pay another round of fees. The 2016 annual fees. Everyone was nice and friendly. There were able to get right back to us if they didn't have the answers right away with the question we had. We are very happy to be out of our timeshare.
