Review: On 09/19/2011 I purchased and downloaded the [redacted] app for Escargot Studios. The developer updated the app several times and one of the last updates in January or February 2013 changed my app to the non-paid version. The program then prompted me to purchase the app again to get the same services I had already paid for. The developer is basically trying to charge me a second time and is not honoring the money I already paid of the app. I have sent three emails to the email address provided for the app ([redacted]). They were sent on 02/19/2013, 02/26/2013, and 03/03/2013. I have received on contact from the company or developer to address my problem and I believe that they are ignoring my emails.Desired Settlement: I would just like the paid app for my android phone. I have already paid for it and would like to get all the features that were promised for the money I paid.

The developer is basically trying to charge me a second time and is not honoring the money I already paid of the app. to me it seems that they took everyone's money and released a new app and make them pay again, they made out with alot of money on the old bait and switch.
