this merchant's issues were addressed with our office on June 3rd, they were aware of the lease and all contractual terms of the agreement as we faxed them to get signed which they did and sent it back to usWe are able to cancel out the merchant account and waive the fees but are not able to
cancel out northern leasing , northern leasing is a seperate company , they would need to contact northern as we do not control their agreementsWe are able to send them out the equipment which they requested in working order and will test everything but would want to have the client contact us firstThey can call our support dept if they would like their equipment sent back to them or if they want to cancel the merchant account , the number is ***

We sent them terminals that they used for one transactionThey issue then became the check processingWe moved to get free check readersThe check readers were sent separatelyThey had issues getting those to workWe told them to send us everything back, we would ensure it works here, do the test transactions and send them back outThey took two weeks to send everything thing back to usRight after they did, they CFO started emailing us that they didn’t know about the lease, equipment was free, pricing was too etc, to cancelThey knew about the lease because Anthony emailed the merchant the 1st page to sign and send backIt was faxed back to usThe equipment is here ready to be shipped back to merchant when they need it

The merchant account has been closed. This is the reference number for it ticket#[redacted] The merchant also has a non cancellable lease with Northern leasing. Any concerns regarding that contract has to be taken up with northern leasing.

First data leasing has stated it is the responsibility of the company that created the agreement and forwarded the lease agreement to them, to contact First Data to cancel the lease. First Data will not deal will me, only the company representing me. Eschelon merchant services. I do not wish to cancel my merchant services with echelon merchant services I wish to cancel the lease with first data that I did not agree to but the company echelon signed me up for.

There is nothing we can do regarding first data. We are a separate company and can no cancel first data’s contracts.
