First of all, I have been trying to contact someone from Hyundai of Escondido and leaving messages, and no one had returned our calls. Therefore, we were left with no option but filing a Revdex.com complaint. We haven't used any of the maintenance service and we were told we can take it anyone, so when canceling why should we get penalized with prorated rates? Also, Chula Vista is 37 miles one way, so effectively, a round trip to Escondido is 70+ miles. I don't know anyone that will travel 70+ miles just for an oil change. So, we would like a full refund of $1,020 back to our contract. We were told we can take it to Hyundai dealership locally.
