Review: I first visit Escondido Smiles and Orthodontics office in 2011 because I had a very advanced cavity that I was sure there was no other solution but to extract the tooth. Well I was right but the problem started soon after. Following the tooth extraction I was scheduled for an appointment to get started on a bridge. The prepping was done and I soon had a bridge on. However this bridge feel off a few months after and I went back to the office to get it fixed. At this time I was seen by Dr. [redacted] who said, " well it shouldn't have fallen off this quickly but no problem we'll just re cement it". Well once again the bridge fell of a short time later so I went back and during this appointment it took me about 4 hours in the office for them to try and push my gums down so that there would be room for the bridge to sit on. Well it didn't work so Dr. [redacted] prepped my teeth again and made another bridge which needles to say it fell off again. On my last visit to this office Dr. [redacted] said that we would have to start all over again because I had waited so long and the bridge didn't fit anymore. I did waited a few months because I was so frustrated for all this situation. I knew that the prepping was not done right and this is why the bridge wouldn't stay. I went to another dentist recently and he said that what they did was an experimenter model but that he didn't knew why they had used it on me because it wouldn't work for me. I even got my wisdom teeth out to give the bridge supposedly more room but this didn't work either. After this surgery I had to take 1 week off because I was very bruised and in lots of pain that I couldn't perform my job. All I am asking is for this office to fully reimburse me so that I can go to the office of my choice and get my teeth finally fixed. I also believe that I was over charged and I have all the documents if you should need them. My total estimate is of around 6,500 and if the cost of fixing my teeth is more than this I expect this office to pay the difference.Desired Settlement: I want this office to fully reimburse me so that I can go to the office of my choice and get my teeth taken care of in the office of my choice. If the cost of fixing my teeth in the office of my choice is higher I expect Escondido Smiles and Orthodontics to pay the difference. I am asking for 6,500 dollars which includes what I paid out of pocket and the time I took off from work.
