Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: No solution was offeredHe stated their policy,
but their policy does not address anything in regards to reoccurring security issues with the roomsIf the exact same room had a TV stolen from it two times in a short time frame, they have not done enough to ensure that the room is safe and secure, or they have a personnel issue where the staff is stealing from the roomsEither way, their policy does nothing for the customers that are relying on having a secure room when staying on their premises
